形態特徵

• Herbs, twining, 1–3 m tall, stems densely pilose with erect to spreading yellowish-gray hairs, older stems glabrescent.
• Petiole 3–9 cm, + pilose; leaf blade widely cordate, 5–18 cm long, 5–15 cm wide, base deeply cordate, margin entire, angulate, or deeply 3-lobed, lobes acute or acuminate, hirsute, undersurfaces and young leaves densely so.
• Cymes axillary, very crowded, few to many flowered; peduncle 1 cm or less long; pedicel 5–7 mm, + pilose; sepals lanceolate, nearly equal or inner sepals shorter, 5–7.5 mm long, slightly enlarged in fruit or not, herbaceous, grayish hirsute abaxially and distally on adaxial side, apex attenuate-acuminate; corolla white or yellowish white, urceolate, 0.8–1.3 cm long, base of tube inflated, contracted distally, upper tube and midpetaline bands pubescent outside, limb spreading, shortly 5-lobed, scales at filament base concave, papillose-pilose abaxially, disc annular, entire to undulate-lobate; ovary densely pilose.
• Capsule globose to ovoid, 6–8 mm long, glabrous, apiculate; seeds 4 or fewer, black, ovoid, 3–4 mm long, puberulous.

分布

• 台灣 : only on Lanyu Island.
• 世界 : Widespread throughout Southeast Asia northward to Hainan Island, the Philippines, the southern Ryukyus, the western Pacific islands and Indonesia.
